I'm a writer and director living in Brooklyn, NY.

My work has a keen focus on the Korean diaspora, exploring themes of belonging, heritage, and family through a genre lens.

Currently, I'm a video producer and editor over at The New Yorker where I produce, edit, and film “The New Yorker Cartoon Challenge” series. In addition, as a part of the acquisition team, I’m helping to maintain their stature as home to the world's best short documentaries and short films.

Prior to that, I had a stint as a video editor at OZY Media, helping shepherd such series as the Webby-nominated “Unapologetic,” “Take on America” which aired on PBS, and much more.

For many years, I also helped produce, shoot, and edit the nationally broadcast PBS series “Arts in Context.” I won four Lone Star Emmys for my work on that show.

Upcoming projects include the short film "Missile," a feature film called "E.S.L." and plenty more!
